About Us
BC Helicopters was incorporated in 1992.
Our primary focus is helicopter flight training. We are also an operational Charter Company and we operate an Aircraft Maintenance Organization so our students learn and observe in a practical and operational environment. Our Schweizer 300CBi's are employed in photography, long line slinging, spraying and gas pipeline patrolling.
In 2001 we switched to the 300CBi as our primary trainer.
This aircraft's flight characteristics and safety record make it the best training helicopter available. As an operational trainer it has the power and performance to challenge the student with landings up to the top of our local mountains. Also the fully articulated 3 bladed rotor system simulates the flight characteristics of today's modern charter aircraft like the Eurocopter A-Stars and the Bell 407

Our School
We are located at the beautfiul Langley Airport in our brand new, state of the art training facitilty. We are just minutes from some of the best training areas in BC. We spend a good portion of our training in the mountains, learning to fly as you would be expected to do in the work force. You will land on heli pads built on the side of mountains, vertical out of confined areas, and perform no hover landings and takeoffs on the glaciers of the surrounding mountains. Experience excitement like never before as you learn to fly for the rest of your life.
